Do I have to do every single activity?
Not at all! You can customize the challenge to fit your lifestyle and goals. The only requirement is committing to at least one daily habit that supports your emotional wellness.
Is there a cost to join?
Nope! The challenge is free. It’s about building habits and creating community.
Will there be community support?
Yes! We’ll host optional weekly check inn calls on Sundays at 6 PM EST to share wins, challenges, and encouragement. You’ll also get prompts and reminders to help you stay consistent.
What’s the benefit of joining?
By joining, you’ll not only strengthen your own emotional wellness but also be part of a supportive community working toward the same goal. Think of it as accountability with heart.
What should I do if the challenges I'm facing feel overwhelming, and I'm struggling to cope?
If you are feeling overwhelmed and are struggling, please know that you are not alone and there is support available. It's a sign of strength to reach out for help. Here are some resources that can help:
- Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: You can call or text 988 anytime in the U.S. and Canada to connect with a trained counselor. It's free, confidential, and available 24/7.
- Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a Crisis Counselor. This service is also free, 24/7, and confidential.
- Talk to a Professional: A therapist or counselor can provide professional guidance and coping strategies. Many organizations offer sliding scale fees or free services.
- Reach out to your support system: Talk to a trusted friend, family member, or mentor about what you're going through. Sharing your feelings can lighten the load.
- Focus on the basics: Sometimes, when things feel overwhelming, focusing on simple self-care tasks can help. Try to get enough sleep, eat a nourishing meal, or step outside for some fresh air.
Remember, your well-being is the most important thing. Please, don't hesitate to reach out for help.
