The Check Inn™ is a virtual co-working community designed to help you stay focused, consistent, and accountable to your goals. We meet on Zoom to work side-by-side, set intentions, and celebrate progress together.

Is it really free?

Yes! For now, The Check Inn™ is completely free to join. You’ll have access to all live virtual sessions, including Monday Momentum, Afternoon Sprints, and Evening Energizers.

Who is The Check Inn™ for?

The Check Inn™ is for anyone who wants structure, accountability, and community while working on their goals. Whether you’re building a side hustle, advancing your career, or just want focused time to knock out tasks—you’ll fit right in.

What are the session types?

Monday Momentum (40 min): Kickstart your week by setting intentions, planning your goals, and breaking them into doable tasks.

Afternoon Sprints (60 min): Focused work blocks to power through your to-do list with short breaks.

Evening Energizers (90 min): Dedicated time, ideally for 9–5 professionals, to make progress on side hustles, passion projects, or personal goals.

What if I can’t make every session?

That’s okay! The Check Inn™ is designed to fit your schedule. Come when you can, and you’ll still benefit from the accountability and energy of the community.

Will there be paid options in the future?

Yes! Beginning November, we’ll be rolling out exclusive paid services, including:

  • One-on-one accountability coaching
  • Structured group programs
  • VIP planning sessions
