Spotlight Series, a monthly initiative that honors individuals making an impact in their families, communities, and industries. Each month, we highlight someone who embodies the spirit of transformation and resilience, reminding us all that if not you, then who?
Every person featured in the Spotlight Series has been nominated by someone who sees their light and wanted their story told. Through this platform, we aim to celebrate these difference-makers and inspire others to lead with purpose.

How does it work?
- Nominate Someone — From the 10th to the 20th of each month, nominations are open. Use our simple form to share the story of someone who inspires you.
- Private Story Submission — Your full nomination stays private and allows you to tell their story in your words. You can even upload achievements to support your submission.
- Winner Selection — Each month, on the 25th, we’ll select and announce one honoree, who will be added to the official Who’s Next? Spotlight Series and receive a special gift from The Then Who Brand®.
- Nominator Rewards — As the person who submitted the winning story, you’ll also receive a thank-you gift for helping us uplift someone special.
- Rollover Nominations — Not selected this month? No worries — your nominee automatically stays in the running for future spotlights.
Who can I nominate?
Anyone! Whether it's a friend, coworker, family member, or community leader, you can nominate anyone who’s making a positive impact in their life or community.
Can I nominate myself?
At this time, self-nominations aren’t accepted. The purpose of the Spotlight Series is to highlight people whose impact is seen and valued by others.
What happens if my nominee isn’t chosen this month?
Don’t worry — all nominations automatically roll over each month. Your nominee will remain in the running for future spotlights unless you request removal or submit a new, updated story.
What does the honoree receive?
Each selected honoree receives a custom gift pack from The Then Who Brand®, public recognition as part of our Who’s Next? Spotlight Series, and the chance to share their story with our community.
Can I submit more than one nomination?
No — we ask that you submit just one nomination per month, so each story gets the focus and attention it deserves. If you have someone else in mind, we encourage you to return next month and nominate them during the next round of submissions!

Who selects the honorees?
All nominations are reviewed by a special committee made up of The Then Who Brand®'s Ambassadors—people who represent our mission of breaking cycles, building wealth, and creating legacy. These ambassadors help us carefully choose individuals whose stories deserve to be spotlighted each month.
